Account deletion

This page explains how users of Hokm Plus and other Simiyaworld games can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@simiyaworld.com with the subject Account deletion request.
2. Name the game, such as Hokm Plus, and provide the username, player ID or email address associated with the account.
3. We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you own the account.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete the account and personal data associated with it, including profile and account identifiers and stored game progress linked to that account.

Retention

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Any retained information is kept only for the applicable required period and then deleted.
